Position Overview
The Accounting Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the accounting department across multiple entities. This role is responsible for performing account reconciliations, maintaining financial records and documentation, processing deposits, and supporting accounting operations in accordance with established internal controls and company procedures.

This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
Perform bank and corporate credit card reconciliations
Support accounting operations, documentation management, and internal controls
Coordinate accounting-related communications and maintain organized records
Assist with deposits, cash handling, and financial documentation
Support audits, compliance activities, and special projects as needed
Collaborate with accounting leadership and team members to ensure smooth departmental operations
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
