- Monitor cable installation, terminations and grounding across the plant.
- Oversee lighting, small power and electrical balance of plant.
- Track electrical interfaces at the project boundary.
- Review construction work packages and flag scope or constraint gaps early.
- Attend system walkdowns and identify punch list items.
- Monitor preservation and storage of electrical equipment through to installation.
What you bring to the role:
- 12+ years in electrical construction on power plants, at least 5 supervising.
- 5+ years representing an owner over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.
- Hands-on experience with generator connections and medium voltage systems.
- Working knowledge of NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent field experience.
Nice to have:
- Experience with generator step-up and auxiliary transformer installation.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
