You will act as a key advisor between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping define, analyze, and improve operational models that drive efficiency, profitability, and service quality. The position blends strategic consulting with hands-on process and systems oversight, ensuring solutions are effectively designed, tested, and implemented across the organization. You will contribute to enterprise planning discussions and influence decisions at senior leadership level, leveraging data, benchmarking, and industry best practices. Operating in a highly collaborative and cross-functional setting, you will help lead transformation initiatives that improve both customer outcomes and internal performance. This is an ideal role for a professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and driving measurable business improvements at scale.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead and support the design, analysis, and optimization of end-to-end business processes while ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.

  • Lead or support complex consulting and business process improvement initiatives across enterprise-scale environments.
  • Analyze current-state processes, systems, and performance data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
  • Support implementation of technology and process changes, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation validation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning activities and provide recommendations based on benchmarking, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Oversee or coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of outcomes.
  • Develop and present insights, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization by identifying improvements across end-to-end workflows.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in process design and change management.
Requirements

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional with strong consulting capabilities and experience working across complex business and technology environments.

  • Proven experience in business process management, operations consulting, or a similar transformation-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end process design, optimization, and enterprise operating models.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including business, IT, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Experience supporting or leading technology-enabled process implementations, including testing and deployment activities.
  • Familiarity with change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strategic thinking balanced with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or large enterprise environments is an asset.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual compensation package aligned with experience and skills
  • Flexible remote work arrangements
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and wellness benefits
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Employee discounts on insurance and other services
  • Wellness and personal development allowances
  • Tuition reimbursement and learning support programs
  • Paid personal reflection and wellness days
  • Student loan repayment matching program
