You will own the product vision for Quote-to-Fulfillment capabilities, shaping how quoting, pricing, contracting, and order orchestration function across a complex enterprise ecosystem. This is a high-impact position where your decisions directly influence operational efficiency, data quality, and user adoption across the organization. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply focused on continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities

You will own the product strategy and execution for enterprise systems supporting Quote-to-Fulfillment processes, ensuring alignment between technology, operations, and business objectives.

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for enterprise business systems, with a focus on Quote-to-Fulfillment capabilities
  • Translate business needs into scalable system designs, workflows, and automation within Salesforce and integrated platforms

  • Manage Salesforce CRM configuration, data models, workflows, and automation rules to support business operations
  • Oversee integrations across Salesforce, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, CLM, ERP, billing, and other enterprise systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and deliver process improvements
  • Define KPIs and dashboards to measure system performance, adoption, and operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional reviews to align roadmap priorities and communicate progress and outcomes
  • Drive change management, including training, documentation, and user enablement initiatives
  • Ensure continuous improvement through feedback loops, system monitoring, and iterative enhancements
  • Collaborate with IT, Business Operations, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and process compliance
Requirements

You bring strong experience in enterprise product ownership, business systems management, and Salesforce-driven process transformation.

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or IT/Operations roles in enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM administration, configuration, and workflow automation
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise systems and process improvement initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash or Quote-to-Fulfillment processes and system ownership
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ, pricing models, discounting strategies, and approval workflows
  • Experience working with integrated enterprise ecosystems (ERP, billing, CLM, CPQ, and CRM platforms)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools like Tableau or Salesforce dashboards
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to balance strategic product vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CLM, or RCA is a strong advantage
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: 120,200 to 180,300 CAD
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise transformation programs
  • Exposure to advanced Quote-to-Fulfillment and Revenue Cloud technologies
  • Flexible working arrangements and remote-friendly culture
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Inclusive and equal-opportunity workplace environment
  • Strong focus on professional growth, learning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Opportunity to shape core business systems and drive enterprise-wide impact
