Workforce Scheduling & Support Coordinator (Full-Time)

At CONNECT Partners, we believe great support depends on great coordination. We're looking for a Scheduling & Workforce Coordinator to help ensure our teams are supported, our schedules run smoothly, and the people we support receive consistent, high-quality care.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on workforce scheduling, staffing coordination and day-to-day operational support. You'll work closely with leaders and coaches to respond to changing staffing needs, communicate clearly, and help create a reliable, well-organized workplace.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate staffing schedules and respond to day-to-day scheduling changes.
- Communicate staffing updates clearly and promptly with coaches and leaders.
- Support staffing coverage by responding to unplanned absences and changing operational needs
- Maintain accurate scheduling information and workforce records
- Support workforce coordination and administrative processes.
- Build strong relationships with coaches and leaders to support smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in workforce scheduling, staffing coordination or a similar operational role.
- Has experience working in healthcare, community services or another 24/7 service environment.
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Communicates clearly and builds positive working relationships.
- Remains calm, resourceful and solution-focused under pressure.
- Is confident using scheduling and workforce management systems.
- Shares our commitment to teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Comfort working with digital tools and scheduling platforms (experience with ADP is an asset)
Requirements
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable sector)
- First Aid with CPR
- Self-declaration of Immunization Status
