The team at Southridge Dental, in Surrey, BC is seeking a passionate and experienced Dental Administrative Lead to join us full-time.

Southridge is pleased to offer full spectrum of procedures including preventive care, teeth whitening, cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, impacted teeth, root canal treatment, oral surgery, Invisalign and much more.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management and/or dental administration
  • Well versed in Tracker dental management software
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Strong and resilient leadership - capable of managing approximately 15 administrators in a large dental practice
  • Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
  • Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset

SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week
