Position: Service Manager

A Day in the Life of a Service Manager
As a Service Manager, you’ll lead a team of up to 10 technicians and play a key role in branch operations. You will guide hiring, performance coaching, customer communication, and route optimization. You’ll also champion our culture by building a team environment where people feel supported, motivated, and empowered to grow in their careers.
Every day, you’ll be part coach, part problem-solver, and part culture champion—while helping protect homes, families, and businesses.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of up to 10 technicians at our Charlotte location
- Recruit, hire, and train new and existing team members
- Coach performance, conduct ride-alongs, and deliver ongoing development
- Support routing and scheduling efficiency across technician territories
- Utilize CRM systems to manage service performance and customer updates
- Build customer relationships and increase service retention
- Monitor team metrics and provide real-time feedback and performance reports
- Drive engagement and teamwork through positive leadership

What We’re Looking For
- 2 or more years of experience in Pest Control
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more employees
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Goal-driven with a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to manage time, solve problems, and make decisions independently
- A passion for building teams and developing people
- "Fire in the belly" attitude and competitive mindset to win
