Client Services Coordinator - Frankston

About the Role

As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting clients, families and caregivers to ensure quality care is delivered every day.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide friendly and responsive support to clients, families and caregivers.
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services to ensure continuity of care.
  • Match clients with the right caregivers and build strong relationships.
  • Manage service changes, leave requests and roster updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.

About You

You're organised, solutions-focused and passionate about delivering excellent service. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage competing priorities while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, service coordination or customer service.
  • Aged care experience or knowledge of the SCHADS award (Desirable).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems, including rostering, database and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management and conflict-resolution skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
  • A flexible and proactive approach with the confidence to think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
