As a Design Leader, you will help organizations define their creative direction, strengthen their design capabilities, and build teams that deliver exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate is a senior design leader with experience building teams, shaping design strategies, and delivering innovative experiences. You should combine strong design expertise with strategic thinking, leadership ability, and a commitment to creating values-aligned organizations.
- 6+ years of experience in senior design leadership positions such as Chief Design Officer, VP of Design, Head of Product Design, or Head of Brand Design.
- Proven experience scaling design teams and leading multidisciplinary creative organizations.
- Strong track record delivering innovative products, services, or brand experiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and transform vision into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive teams.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and customer-focused methodologies.
- Passion for developing teams, mentoring talent, and building strong design cultures.
