Job Description
The Business Systems Specialist Associate supports the optimization and maintenance of business systems with a focus on leveraging no-code database(s) to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. As a member of the Innovation team, this role collaborates with departments across the firm to understand workflow needs, support the implementation of tailored solutions, and assist in maintaining effective and scalable business processes.
The Business Systems Specialist Associate also provides ongoing system and process support to help ensure the reliable and efficient operation of internal business systems and contributes to the successful execution of team and firm-wide strategic initiatives.

Business Systems Management
- Support the evaluation, implementation, and administration of business systems and operational workflows, helping improve efficiency and consistency across the firm.
- Conduct system audits and data quality reviews, helping maintain data accuracy, system integrity, and operational effectiveness.
Databases & Automation
- Assist with the design, maintenance, and enhancement of no-code database(s) to support departmental and firm-wide business needs.
- Support automation and workflow improvement initiatives, including configuration, testing, and documentation of solutions that reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
Systems Integration & Data Management
- Assist with system integrations and data management activities, helping maintain consistency, accuracy, and connectivity across business platforms.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of system and integration-related issues as needed.
User Support & Training
- Provide user support for business systems and technology platforms, helping answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and support adoption of new tools and processes.
- Assist in the development of user documentation, training materials, and process resources to support effective system utilization.
Reporting & Analytics
- Support reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis activities, helping teams monitor business processes, operational performance, and key business metrics.
- Demonstrate a learning mindset by actively seeking, receiving, and applying feedback to support ongoing development.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with team members and leadership.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

- Adapt to changing priorities, support team needs, and contribute to process improvements where appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with no-code automation platforms preferred, including customization, scripting, and integration capabilities.
- Experience using no-code automation platforms, or exposure to programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Ability to manage projects from concept through implementation, with strong attention to detail and execution.
- Ability to research, test, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, with a resourceful approach to developing solutions.
