Job Description
Elevate MD is looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead the strategy, creation, optimization, and growth of our paid advertising efforts. This role is ideal for someone who understands that successful paid media goes beyond launching ads. It requires strong creative strategy, ongoing optimization, and a clear connection between advertising performance and overall business goals.
The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant digital channels, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance, increase lead quality, and maximize return on ad spend.
This person will work closely with the broader marketing team to turn business objectives into compelling campaigns that attract, engage, and convert the right audience.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Build campaign strategies based on business goals, target audiences, customer journeys, and available budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to budgets, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and creative.
- Conduct A/B testing across ad creative, messaging, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost per lead, conversion rates, return on ad spend, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Troubleshoot campaign performance and proactively address issues impacting results.
Ad Creative & Development
- Create compelling paid ad concepts, messaging, copy, and creative briefs.
- Develop ads that align with Elevate MD’s brand, audience, services, and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members to produce high-performing visual and video assets.
- Continuously test new creative angles, hooks, offers, calls-to-action, and messaging.
- Analyze creative performance and use insights to inform future campaigns.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop paid media strategies that support broader marketing and business objectives.
- Research target audiences, competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Help shape campaign offers, messaging, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure paid media is aligned with organic marketing, content, email, website, and overall brand strategy.
- Contribute ideas for new campaigns, channels, and opportunities to expand Elevate MD’s reach and customer acquisition.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance and key performance indicators.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and continuously optimize campaigns based on results.
- Build and maintain performance reports and communicate key insights to leadership.
- Evaluate the full customer journey from ad impression through conversion to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, advertising best practices, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Preferred minimum 3 years experience.
- Will ask for examples of ads created.
- Proven experience in paid ad campaign management with a strong track record of driving results.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Experience with landing page creation tools (e.g., Unbounce, ClickFunnels, Leadpages) and A/B testing.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and SMS marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
