The Senior Manager, Program Management will lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, business transformation, and scalable growth across a complex organization.
This leadership role focuses on managing high-impact programs, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
You will partner with senior leaders across operations, technology, finance, supply chain, and other functions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The position requires a balance of strategic vision and operational discipline, bringing structure to complex challenges and driving continuous improvement.

- Lead a portfolio of strategic and operational programs aligned with business objectives, operational performance goals, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Develop and manage multi-year program roadmaps, governance structures, success metrics, and executive reporting processes to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Drive enterprise-wide operational readiness, change management, communications, training strategies, and adoption plans for new initiatives.
- Partner with operations, product, technology, finance, supply chain, HR, and external stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Influence senior leaders by presenting business cases, recommendations, risks, trade-offs, and implementation strategies to support decision-making.
- Establish alignment across multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and ensure successful delivery of milestones and performance targets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions to improve quality, consistency, and execution.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure program performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Monitor program health, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while ensuring continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop program managers and project resources while establishing program management best practices across the organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations leadership, consulting, or business transformation.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams, program managers, or complex enterprise initiatives.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex operational environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and executive-level business communication tools.
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps, business cases, operational improvement initiatives, and transformation programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities with a proven ability to manage ambiguity.
- Experience with change management, technology implementations, systems integrations, and operational process redesign is preferred.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline is a plus.
- PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, or similar program management certifications are preferred.
- Experience in fleet maintenance, transportation, logistics, last-mile delivery, field operations, or service delivery environments is highly valued.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-million-dollar programs and delivering measurable business results.
- Competitive annual salary range of $140,000 - $150,000, based on experience.
