The Senior Digital Analytics Specialist will take ownership of digital measurement strategies, helping clients understand user behavior and make data-driven decisions.
This hands-on role combines technical analytics expertise with strategic insight, covering everything from tracking implementation to performance optimization.
You will design advanced GA4 and GTM solutions, build scalable reporting systems, and transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across marketing, development, SEO, design, and paid media.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both technical implementation and client-facing communication, bridging the gap between data and business outcomes.
You will play a key role in improving digital experiences, optimizing conversions, and helping organizations maximize the value of their online platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced GA4 and Google Tag Manager measurement solutions, including event architectures, custom dimensions, metrics, and server-side tagging strategies.
- Create detailed dataLayer specifications, validate implementations across live environments, and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate tracking.
- Troubleshoot analytics issues across the full measurement lifecycle, from tag configuration and triggers to reporting discrepancies and data quality challenges.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and data warehousing solutions using BigQuery or equivalent platforms, including GA4 exports and integrations with additional data sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI to provide meaningful business insights and support decision-making.
- Translate complex analytics findings into clear recommendations that clients and stakeholders can understand and act upon.
- Lead Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives by developing testing strategies, creating hypotheses, analyzing A/B and multivariate test results, and connecting outcomes to business objectives.
- Analyze user behavior through platforms such as GA4, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools to identify opportunities for improving digital experiences.
- Support business development activities by contributing analytics expertise to proposals, client presentations, and project planning.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, design, and project teams to deliver effective analytics solutions across multiple client engagements.
- Extensive experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementations, including event architecture, custom dimensions and metrics, server-side tagging, and debugging workflows.
- Strong knowledge of dataLayer design and implementation best practices.
- Comfortable working with code, including JavaScript for GTM customization and SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Experience designing data pipelines, analytics architectures, and data warehousing strategies using BigQuery or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to create dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable business intelligence platforms that drive strategic decisions.
- Experience running Conversion Rate Optimization programs, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, hypothesis development, and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, diagnose issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous agency experience working with multiple clients is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
