Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Growth Data Analyst (PLG) based in Brazil.
This role sits at the core of the growth engine, partnering closely with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to deeply understand user behavior across the entire funnel—from acquisition to activation, trial, conversion, and retention. You will play a key role in uncovering actionable insights that directly influence revenue outcomes and product strategy. The environment is fast-paced, experimentation-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong exposure to cross-functional stakeholders. You will help shape how data is used to optimize PLG motions, improve self-serve conversion, and scale revenue growth. This is an opportunity to work close to strategic decision-making while modernizing analytics through automation and AI-assisted workflows.
- Own and analyze full-funnel growth performance (traffic, sign-up, activation, trial, upgrade), identifying drivers of conversion and drop-off points.
- Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to define and track success metrics for campaigns, lifecycle initiatives, and product-led experiments.
- Evaluate channel performance, cohort quality, and user behavior to guide investment decisions and prioritization.
- Design, support, and analyze A/B tests across onboarding flows, landing pages, messaging, and monetization touchpoints.
- Identify leading indicators of conversion, retention, and expansion, translating behavioral data into actionable insights.
- Connect acquisition and activation metrics to downstream revenue outcomes such as MRR, retention, and expansion.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, recurring reports, and growth analytics frameworks.
- Enhance data quality, metric definitions, and attribution models for growth-related tracking.
- Use AI and LLM-based tools to automate analysis, detect anomalies, and summarize performance trends.
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure proper instrumentation of key events and evaluate the impact of product changes on growth metrics.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally supporting Growth, Marketing, or Product teams in a SaaS or PLG environment.
- Advanced English proficiency, with comfort working in global, cross-functional environments.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, event-level datasets and complex data structures.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in BI and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalents.
- Solid understanding of PLG and growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, cohort analysis, CAC, monetization).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, going beyond analysis into solution-oriented thinking.
- Experience collaborating with data engineering or analytics teams to resolve data gaps and improve data systems.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage.
- Home office allowance to support remote work needs (e.g., internet costs).
- Meal allowance usable in supermarkets and restaurants.
- Access to a fitness subscription app.
- Educational partnerships with discounts on universities, language schools, and more.
- Payroll-deducted loan options.
- Employee Assistance Program (psychological, legal, and financial support).
- Discounts with partner brands (e.g., Dell, Microsoft, and others).
- Quarterly “Disconnect Days” for collective rest and recharge.
- Additional benefits and perks designed to support well-being, flexibility, and professional growth.
