  • Collaborate in an agile, multidisciplinary environment, working closely with Data Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Explore and apply emerging AI tools and techniques to enhance modeling approaches, explainability, and productivity in data science workflows.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of data science practices within the team.
Requirements:
  • Strong foundation in Statistics and Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised modeling techniques.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Operations Research and mathematical optimization methods.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and pipeline development.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git/GitHub and familiarity with cloud-based environments.
  • Strong business communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a clear and structured way.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional and agile environments.
  • Nice to have: deep expertise in Operations Research and optimization modeling.
  • Nice to have: experience with AI tools, coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot), and LLM-based solutions.
  • Nice to have: experience integrating data science models into digital products or production systems.
Benefits:
  • Comprehensive health and wellness package, including medical and dental coverage, telemedicine, psychotherapy sessions, and health programs.
  • Meal and food support through meal vouchers or on-site restaurants, food allowance, and holiday food assistance.
  • Flexible benefits focused on well-being, including gym partnerships, home office support (where applicable), and pet health coverage.
  • Employee discounts on products across a wide portfolio of beauty and personal care brands.
  • Family support benefits, including childcare assistance, parental leave extensions, education support, and psychological guidance.
  • Financial security benefits such as life insurance, private pension plans, and payroll-deducted loans.
  • Work-life balance perks such as birthday day off, wellness programs, and employee association benefits.
  • Structured career development within a large, innovation-driven organization.
