  • Build strong relationships across the organization, aligning stakeholders around assumptions, metrics, and business narratives.
  • Support broader strategic initiatives and contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, business analytics, or another data-focused role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to build sophisticated financial models.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets and translating them into meaningful insights.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, SaaS metrics, and performance reporting.
  • Experience using data visualization, reporting, automation, or dashboarding tools to improve financial decision-making.
  • Practical experience with AI or LLM-powered tools, with an interest in applying emerging technology to finance and analytical workflows.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate financial findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical judgment, and a proactive approach to identifying issues and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and encourage adoption of new tools and ways of working.
  • A professional and up-to-date LinkedIn profile is expected upon joining, reflecting the new role and maintaining a consistent professional presence.
Benefits
  • Base salary: CA$72,000–CA$90,000, depending on experience; additional bonus, benefits, and equity may form part of the total compensation package.
