The Senior People Success Partner provides strategic HR partnership and operational guidance to business leaders across the full employee lifecycle. This role acts as an internal consultant and trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness. The position combines hands-on case management with leadership coaching and strategic workforce support. Working across a high-growth, fully remote environment, the role helps leaders navigate complex people matters while strengthening engagement, productivity, and retention. The Senior People Success Partner also partners closely with the broader People team to deliver consistent, compliant, and employee-focused solutions. This is an opportunity to influence culture, improve people practices, and help leaders build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to leaders at all levels on employee relations, performance management, team dynamics, conflict resolution, career development, and other people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Mentor and advise leaders on effectively and efficiently addressing routine employee relations and performance concerns, applying sound HR practices and helping managers build confidence in handling people challenges.
- Manage complex employee relations and performance cases for assigned business functions, conducting thorough, objective investigations and partnering with appropriate stakeholders to determine effective resolutions.
- Coach leaders on strengthening employee relationships, improving morale and engagement, increasing productivity, and supporting employee retention across their teams.
- Advise business leaders on hiring decisions, workforce planning, and organizational needs, ensuring people strategies remain aligned with broader business objectives and priorities.
- Support the successful execution of annual performance management programs, helping leaders establish expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and navigate performance-related conversations.
- Develop, analyze, and communicate relevant People data and reporting to identify workforce trends, inform business decisions, and recommend solutions to emerging organizational needs.
- Partner with People Operations to support compliance programs, HR policies, processes, and initiatives, ensuring people practices remain aligned with applicable requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the organization’s financial position, business objectives, culture, competitive environment, and evolving workforce needs in order to provide relevant and commercially informed HR guidance.
- Lead or contribute to special projects and People initiatives, taking ownership of assigned work and identifying opportunities to continuously improve HR processes, systems, and employee experiences.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including experience serving as an HR Business Partner within a high-growth organization or similarly dynamic environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or another recognized HR certification is preferred, along with a strong working knowledge of core HR disciplines and contemporary people practices.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing and resolving complex employee relations matters, including the ability to conduct objective investigations and navigate sensitive workplace situations with sound judgment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, performance management, and applicable federal and state employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal and service-oriented skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels, understand their needs, recommend practical solutions, and follow through to resolution.
- A self-directed and proactive approach, with demonstrated initiative in improving processes, systems, and people practices rather than simply responding to existing needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret People data, identify trends, evaluate complex situations, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace products and the ability to work effectively with HR systems, reporting tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate training, guide leaders through sensitive conversations, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexible PTO policy, with approximately 3–5 weeks recommended annually.
- 11 paid company holidays and generous parental leave.
- Competitive medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, with significant employer contributions toward individual and family premiums.
- Employer-paid mental health support through Spring Health, including 5 free therapy sessions and 5 free coaching sessions per year for employees and each eligible dependent.
- Employee Assistance Program providing employer-paid access to mental health, legal, financial, and other support resources.
- Employer-paid healthcare navigation through HealthJoy, including access to a healthcare concierge to help employees understand and use their benefits.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- $50 monthly work-from-home internet stipend.
- $250 monthly coworking space stipend.
- Initial work-from-home setup stipend of up to $500, with an additional $200 reload at the three-year mark and every two years thereafter.
- Company-provided laptop.
- Fully remote, work-from-home environment with flexibility to sit or stand as needed.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Opportunity to influence people strategy, leadership practices, employee experience, and organizational culture within a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
