Senior Product Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in Canada .

This role offers the opportunity to shape product storytelling and market strategy for a fast-growing technology platform transforming how companies build products.
You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer teams, and Marketing leaders to bring new capabilities to market and strengthen customer engagement.
The position combines strategic thinking, content creation, customer insights, and sales enablement to drive business growth.
You will help define positioning, launch strategies, and messaging that connect product value with real customer needs.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead product marketing initiatives that strengthen market positioning, support successful launches, and enable revenue teams with effective messaging and resources. This role requires strong storytelling abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to create structure in a dynamic environment.

  • Partner closely with Product Management teams to develop launch strategies, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market plans for new features and product updates.
  • Create compelling product marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, demo scripts, videos, social content, and customer-facing materials.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement resources such as battlecards, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and supporting documentation.
  • Organize and deliver customer and prospect-facing webinars, including topic development, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up activities.
  • Conduct competitive research and develop positioning strategies to differentiate products in the market.
  • Gather customer insights through conversations, feedback, and research to inform messaging and product strategy.
  • Develop customer success stories and transform customer experiences into engaging marketing content.
  • Advocate for target audiences and ensure consistent positioning across marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product narratives as market conditions, customer needs, and product capabilities evolve.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows through AI-powered tools, automation, and scalable processes.
  • Establish repeatable product marketing processes that improve efficiency and team effectiveness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product marketing professional with strong SaaS expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment. They should be comfortable managing ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and turning complex product concepts into clear value propositions.

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with product launches, sales enablement, and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing needs, and deliver results without requiring detailed direction.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Management teams and influencing decisions across cross-functional organizations.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into compelling customer-focused messaging.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business data to shape positioning strategies.
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills when balancing customer needs, business goals, and timelines.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating structure from evolving requirements.
  • Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI-powered workflows and tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
