About the role
We are looking for a detail oriented person to handle all E-commerce orders that drop thru our system. We are a Accessory Distributor for General Motors and Ford Motor company. We ship daily to dealerships and consumers.
What you'll do
- Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing, processing, printing and following through on customers orders from start to finish
- Seeking candidates with computer proficiency and who have a familiarity with online retail platforms, order processing, and attention to detail will thrive in this position
- Process orders from our online store into our accounting system
- Review each order for accuracy, ensuring no address, payment, or product errors
- Prepare all orders for shipment
- Answer customer service related phone calls and respond to email requests
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. NetSuite experience a BONUS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
- Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to describe products accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to learn and understand new computer programs quickly.
- Ability to self-manage.
