Sr Implementation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Implementation Consultant based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful software implementation projects that help healthcare organizations optimize their technology solutions and workflows.
The position focuses on delivering end-to-end implementation services across multiple healthcare software platforms, ensuring successful client adoption and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure solutions, and provide strategic workflow guidance throughout the implementation journey.
The role combines technical expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, project leadership, and strong client relationship management.
You will play a key part in supporting successful go-lives and helping organizations improve the way they deliver care through innovative technology.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead software implementation projects independently, following established methodologies and managing assigned workstreams from planning through completion.
  • Deliver implementation and workflow consulting services across healthcare software solutions, supporting clients through configuration, optimization, and adoption phases.
  • Apply product expertise to configure systems and provide guidance tailored to client operational and clinical requirements.
  • Manage project tasks according to contracted scope, timelines, and quality expectations across multi-solution implementations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs, workflows, and solution requirements.
  • Provide workflow recommendations and consulting support to help clients maximize the value of their technology investments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation challenges while escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Support client go-live activities, including onsite activation assistance and post-launch stabilization support.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, expectation management, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage client interactions throughout the project lifecycle, including complex implementations involving multiple locations and stakeholders.
  • Maintain productivity and utilization goals while delivering high-quality implementation outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical or business experience required.
  • 4–7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with hands-on software implementation experience.
  • Previous experience implementing healthcare technology solutions strongly preferred.
  • Experience with electronic health records, practice management systems, patient engagement platforms, or related healthcare software is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, project execution, and client-facing consulting practices.
  • Ability to learn and support multiple software solutions and understand cross-platform dependencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage complex implementation challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows, clinical operations, and technology adoption processes preferred.
