You will act as a trusted advisor for clients, driving product adoption, operational improvements, and long-term customer success.
The position combines relationship management, data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and improve business outcomes.
This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
You will contribute directly to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while supporting the evolution of an AI-powered SaaS platform.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the value of technology solutions and improve operational performance.
  • Manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring successful adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Lead customer meetings, track action items, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure commitments and service expectations are met.
  • Analyze customer performance data, operational reports, and business trends to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare account summaries, performance reports, and insights to support customer success initiatives and internal decision-making.
  • Act as a customer advocate by communicating client needs, feedback, and recurring challenges to product, support, and operational teams.
  • Identify account risks, performance gaps, and customer concerns while escalating issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support process improvements by sharing customer insights and helping teams enhance products, training, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on account growth strategies, customer presentations, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with product teams to represent customer needs and recommend enhancements that improve functionality and user experience.
  • Support complex customer escalations, mentor team members, and contribute to onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives for more senior-level responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with customers in the automotive industry, dealership operations, warranty processing, or similar environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience using CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Insightly, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including Excel, reporting, presentations, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to remain calm during complex customer situations.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to improving client experiences and business outcomes.
  • Availability to work full-time during standard business hours with flexibility for urgent customer needs.
  • Experience analyzing financial trends, revenue opportunities, warranty claims, or operational performance is a plus.
  • For more advanced responsibilities: 5+ years of customer success experience, experience managing complex accounts, executive-level customer interactions, mentoring team members, and strong knowledge of automotive fixed operations are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Benefits:
  • 100% employer-covered medical insurance.
  • Flexible unlimited paid time off policy.
  • Stock options.
  • Fully remote work flexibility.
  • 10 paid holidays per year.
  • Opportunity to work with innovative AI and machine learning technology.
