This is an opportunity to join an implementation team supporting enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and helping organizations optimize their workforce processes.
The role focuses on configuring, implementing, and improving workforce management platforms while partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
You will contribute to successful system deployments by translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

As a WFM Implementation Consultant, you will support the delivery of workforce management implementations by gathering requirements, configuring systems, and ensuring solutions align with business needs. You will act as a key contributor throughout the implementation lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact during initial workforce management system setup and implementation activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate organizational needs into system configurations.
- Configure employee information, assignments, organizational structures, and workflows within the platform.
- Create and maintain organizational structures and process workflows to support operational requirements.
- Validate and update key HR record elements to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Support application security configuration, including user roles, permissions, and password policies.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to identify challenges, provide recommendations, and ensure successful implementations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing knowledge and supporting best practices across implementation projects.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in HR technology implementations, workforce management solutions, and stakeholder collaboration. You should be comfortable working independently, managing complex requirements, and supporting clients through digital transformation initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with HCM or HRIS platforms.
- Experience with workforce management implementations; knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce is highly desirable.
- Proven experience delivering HR technology implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data structures, and organizational configurations.
- Experience configuring workflows, security settings, roles, and system permissions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into practical system solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $125,000 USD.
