The Senior Full Stack Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications while contributing to technical strategy and engineering excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Build responsive and interactive frontend interfaces using Angular or React with TypeScript.
• Develop secure backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and the Flask Framework.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational database structures, queries, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver effective solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with software engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and encourage strong development practices across the team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across application development processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in full-stack web development, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. Required qualifications include:

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience, with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular or React using TypeScript for modern frontend development.
• Advanced backend development experience with Python and the Flask Framework.
• Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and engineering principles.
• Experience using Git and modern version control practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of application security best practices and performance optimization techniques is beneficial.
