We are currently looking for a Specialist – Installation to join our team. Reporting to the Installation Manager, you will play a key role as the company’s representative on the road, mainly in the United States. Your mission: deliver high-quality after-sales service, perform furniture repairs and installations at client sites (hotels, student residences, etc.), and directly contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty.

What You’ll Do

• Perform furniture repairs at client sites or in Foliot factories.
• Install sample rooms, kitchenettes, or other required modules.
• Take measurements in rooms for kitchenette or bathroom countertops.
• Assist clients with order reception.
• Deliver exceptional after-sales service and represent the company with professionalism.
• Act as an internal liaison to report and communicate issues encountered at client sites.
• Carry out any other related tasks that support customer satisfaction and installation activities.

Requirements

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or equivalent experience in carpentry.
• Experience in cabinetry (melamine or wood furniture).
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret installation plans.
• Perfectly bilingual (spoken French and English), as the role requires regular communication with our U.S. clients.
• Valid driver’s license and passport at all times.
• Availability to work overtime when required.
• Willingness and availability to work on the road (mainly in the United States).
