Maintenance Supervisor at Meubles Foliot - Foliot Furniture – Las Vegas, Nevada

Under the leadership of the Director - Maintenance, the Supervisor will coordinate the activities of the Maintenance Department, assign work to production teams and optimize the implementation of improvement projects.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the integration of new employees and oversee their training;
• Manage and develop your team;
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and facilities;
• Prepare interventions (resources, spare parts, downtime) and monitor operations;
• Monitor work carried out by mechanics, electromechanics and external contractors (safety, quality of work, cost and completion times);
• Manage breakdowns and urgent problems by deploying maintenance teams quickly and efficiently;
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and propose initiatives to increase operational efficiency;
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, as well as with occupational health and safety legislation;
• Any other tasks relating to the smooth running of the maintenance department.

• DEP in electromechanics or industrial mechanics;
• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising a maintenance team;
• Computer skills (Office Suite, SAP);
• Master continuous improvement tools and Lean Manufacturing principles;
• Master the electrical, mechanical and logical functioning of equipment;
• Communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
• Autonomy, leadership skills and comfortable working in an industrial environment;
• Ability to work under pressure and excellent command of priority management;
• Bilingualism required (spoken and written).
