This critical role will focus on the care of pregnant women and their families through the labor and delivery process, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the birthing experience.Strong ability to provide emotional support and maintain a compassionate presence under pressure.Expertise in fetal monitoring devices and electronic health record systems.Effective communication skills for educating and guiding patients and families.Skill in managing high-risk pregnancies and emergency situations.
