About This Position
Job descriptionPOSITION: Quality Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: 4020
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- New employee orientation on quality system
- Maintain ISO 9000-2015 quality system documentation
- Management representative for the quality system
- Maintains quality internal and external audit – represent company and coordinating audits from an outside source
- Maintain system for tool and measuring equipment calibration
- Maintain corrective action
- Assist in quality training of all teammates
- Testing parts and materials
- Competent in PowerPoint, Excel and work documents software
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A good understanding of the ISO 9000-2015 quality standard
- A good understanding of the quality system
- Management or leadership experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in quality systems auditing
- Self-starter, ability to work alone or in a team environment with minimal instruction
- Strong math and computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawing (blueprints)
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
