A Nursing Assistant is a compassionate caregiver who is either currently enrolled in a CNA program or interested in beginning a career in healthcare with the goal of advancing their skills and opportunities. Nursing Assistants work alongside Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nursing staff to provide exceptional care to residents.
No experience required—we will pay for your training!

- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide person-centered care.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
Licenses/Certification
- Within 120 days of employment, completes a state-approved nursing assistant training program & become certified.
- NOTE: A Nursing Assistant enrolled in a nursing program may be compensated differently based upon the clinical education received.
Experience
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
- Complete 16 hours of classroom education then complete skills checks for clinical areas for which job expectations include.
