Administrative Assistant, School of Nursing Southern Campus at RWJBarnabas Health – Oceanport, New Jersey

Job Overview: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the newly expanded School of Nursing. The team member will support the Education Department with primary actions supporting the Associate Dean. RWJBarnabas Health team members are role models for professional nursing and adhere to the Faculty Code of Conduct. The School of Nursing is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Nursing Education and is approved by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing. This position will support our campus in Oceanport, New Jersey.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two (2) years of previous secretarial support required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook and other comparable programs with expertise in typing/word processing skills required
• Experience in healthcare and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
