JOB DESCRIPTION
Under a minimal level of guidance and direction, sells new products of services for Infinity Production Group. Ensures effective customer support in accordance with our policies and procedures. Proactively reaches out to current and prospective clients to grow our client base. Has in-depth knowledge of our entire product & service suit. Solves complex client needs by offering our robust solutions; takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

•Scheduling appointments and visiting potential
•Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance client experience
•Maintains an advanced knowledge of multiple Infinity Production Group services
•Maintains awareness of industry policies and procedures
•Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements
•Demonstrates advanced skill level with our entire product & services.
•Serves as a mentor for less experienced teammates
•Documents all interactions and uses the information to improve service
•Cultivates strong relationships with clients and internal and external partners

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
•Associate’s degree - Required
•Bachelor’s degree - Preferred

SALARY RANGE
$19.00-$32.00 per hour plus commission

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
50-75%
