Walter’s303 Pizzeria & Publik House is on the hunt for a Front of House All-Star—a rockstar who can do it all! We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can jump seamlessly between bartending, serving, expo, and bussing to keep the good times rolling in this team-based system. If you’re a pro at crafting drinks, delivering top-notch service, and keeping the floor running smoothly, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

Bartend: Mix up craft cocktails, pour beer, and keep our bar vibe fun and welcoming.

Serve: Take orders, engage with guests, and provide exceptional table service.

Expo: Ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen is hot, fresh, and perfect.

Bus: Keep tables clean, reset quickly, and support the team during rushes.

Be a Team Player: In our team-based system, we need you to jump in wherever needed to create a smooth, efficient, and fun work environment

Phone Skills: Whether in person or over the phone, you are always smiling and thinking of our guest needs as paramount.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in bartending, serving, expo, and bussing—you should be comfortable wearing multiple hats!

A high-energy, positive attitude that keeps the team and guests pumped up.

Strong multi-tasking and communication skills—you can handle a rush without breaking a sweat.

Someone who takes pride in creating great guest experiences and making people feel at home.

The ability to work nights and weekends. (we’re a busy spot, especially during events!).

Must be 21+ for bartending responsibilities.
