About This Position
Responsibilities Include:
-Building an account base with competitively priced product lines.
-Working in the field to develop contacts and relationships utilizing our products.
-Developing leads on the telephone and internet and calling on leads provided by the company.
-Utilizing our state of the art Oracle software platform to monitor and manage your accounts. Uses include tracking orders, viewing and setting delivery schedules, monitoring credit compliance, and utilizing and developing e-commerce solutions for your customer base.
-Managing and developing “Just In Time” (JIT) inventory programs utilizing our large trucking & warehousing capabilities.
-Interacting with high skilled product and sales managers to develop plans customized for you and your accounts.
-Prior packaging sales or wine industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
-Those lacking sales and/or industry experience should have a 4-year college degree. Willing to train the right “recent college grad.”
-Sales reps with a proven track record in the packaging industry and those bringing an existing book of business offered bonus and the highest levels of compensation.
-Strong drive, work ethic, and high motivation to succeed are mandatory.
-An ability to develop and maintain relationships with your business contacts. Our most successful reps develop outstanding relationships with their customer base.
