Rise Up Rehab, LLC is a local outpatient rehab company seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to perform PT treatments (under supervision of a licensed PT) at a small ALF in Bulverde. Approx 10-12 visits/week. Benefits - 401K, flexible schedule, no productivity.

**Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:
- Current license in Texas as an PTA
