Warehouse Worker Production Line Packer

To operate, monitor, and support manufacturing or assembly line processes, ensuring steady output, proper product packaging, and compliance with company safety and quality regulations.
Primary Functions and Duties
- Line Assembly & Operation: Assemble, fill, cap, and palletize products.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished goods, parts, and packages for defects or damage.
- Packaging & Labeling: Pack finished products into boxes, apply labels and stack items onto pallets for shipment.
- Equipment Monitoring: Start and stop machinery as trained, feed materials into lines, and report mechanical jams or errors to supervisors immediately.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Follow safety protocols (such as PPE and cleaning standards), sweep debris, and keep work areas tidy
Skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand motions, and lift or move items (typically 15 to 50 lbs).
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot product flaws, verify quantities, and complete basic paperwork or logs.
Salary commensurate with experience
