Pharmacy Financial Analysis & Cost Savings Lead in San Juan at TPIS

TPIS is seeking a Pharmacy Financial Analysis & Cost Savings Lead for a company in the healthcare industry.

In this role, you will analyze pharmacy costs, develop savings projections, and turn complex data into clear insights that support financial performance.

Hato Rey, Puerto Rico | On-site
Regular, exempt position
Annual salary up to $60,000
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
On-site training in Hato Rey

What you’ll do:

• Analyze medication costs and utilization trends to identify savings opportunities.

• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and savings models.

• Compare actual results against projections and recommend improvements.

• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.

• Partner with Finance, Pharmacy, and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) teams to implement initiatives and track results.

What you’ll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, Business Administration, Science, Public Health, Financial Analysis, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in savings modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, data management, and performance monitoring.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing change, and improving processes.

• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL, preferred.

• Healthcare industry experience and PBM knowledge, preferred.
