  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • An Earn and Learn Lab Assistant assists in the daily intake of lab/pathology specimens under the supervision of Lab personnel and receives written and/or oral assignments and directions. Demonstrates a desire to learn new information from healthcare professionals to develop professional work habits. Maintains patient confidentiality. Demonstrates customer service skills.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • Completion of 10th grade
      • Minimum GPA of 2.5

    • Minimum Experience
      • N/A

    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • BLS within 90 days of hire or transfer

    • Preferred Education
      • Minimum GPA of 3.0
      • Completed 2 credit hours in the health science curriculum.

    • Preferred Experience
