About This Position
Position Summary
The Human Resources Intern is responsible to the Human Resources Manager for providing customer service and clerical assistance, including special projects, within the Human Resources Department.
Education and Work Experience
1. Current enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
2. No prior work experience necessary.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Effective oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Computer literacy.
4. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
5. Detail-oriented.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist visitors at the front desk.
2. Assist department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
3. Perform customer service functions by answering employee and physician requests and questions.
4. Assist Human Resources staff with various research projects and/or special projects.
5. Other duties as assigned.
