Bilingual Interpreter in Asheboro, North Carolina at Randolph Health

Serves as an interpreter between Randolph Hospital employees, or medical staff and patients requiring Spanish interpretation services. Wears a pager and responds in a timely manner to request for interpreter services. Provides services in a variety of clinical settings for patients with diverse backgrounds.

Excellent Spanish and English oral language skills. Ability to read and write in English and Spanish. Ability to work with diverse patient population from various economic backgrounds,. Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a health care/human service setting. Interpertation experience preferred, medical terminology preferred.
