This new position will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales & Marketing Team with various tasks including order entry, BOM creation, customer management, and other administrative duties. This role offers excellent growth potential, with the possibility to advance into a Sales Engineer position as the company continues to grow.

What Can You Expect to Do in This Role?

• Day-to-day communication with customers
• Provide order status updates
• Send shipment details and tracking information
• Approve drawings
• Expedite and de-expedite orders
• Help prepare marketing campaigns
• Cover for sales team members when they are traveling
• Create and verify BOMs (Bills of Materials)

You Have All the Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent related experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Project management experience
• Data entry experience
