Registered Nurse (RN) Resident - RN Residency Program in Mountain Home, Arkansas at Baxter Health

The Baxter Health RN Residency Program provides a comprehensive on-boarding experience to transition and support newly graduated registered nurses, from students, to safe, competent professional practitioners. The Baxter Health RN Residency includes an evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor and supportive components.

This program was designed for RN graduates and RN's with six (6) months or less experience. RN's with less than one year of acute care experience are eligible. Specific criteria must be met.

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the start date of the Cohort for which you are applying.
