RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:

• Ensures timely vehicle maintenance and accurate records for a fleet of 60+ vehicles plus trailers and other specialty equipment.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance, repairs, ensures landscape and custodial contracts are fulfilled, manage warranties for new construction.
• Manages the full life cycle of company assets and procures new vehicles and specialty equipment as required.
• Willing and able to travel extensively, locally as well as overnight and out of state.
• Excellent driving record and willing to submit to a thorough background check that complies with the DoD and our other government partners.

• Must provide excellent service to our valued customers.
• Perform many maintenance, safety, and management tasks for the assigned fleet and related assets: vehicles trailers, heavy equipment, specialty equipment or tools, andbuildings/grounds/facilities
• The job is considered medium-to-heavy in nature and involves walking, maneuvering around moving objects/machinery, standing, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, digging, pushing or raising, objects and also involves exerting between 20 and 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis and 50 to 100 pounds of force on an occasional basis. Ability to work outside under various environmental conditions, may include some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment. Ability to climb ladders with 300 lb. weight limit.
