About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Event Producer to join our team in the Accommodation and Food Services industry. As an Associate Event Producer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of events for our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly and meets or exceeds our clients' expectations. You will work closely with our team of event producers to ensure that all aspects of the event are planned and executed seamlessly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning or production.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the Accommodation and Food Services industry.
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Experience with event planning software and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including vendor management, budget tracking, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with the event production team to ensure that all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage event logistics, including transportation, lodging, and catering.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Skills:
