Job Description:
As a Custodian at AstroForge, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for employees and visitors. You’ll have a wide range of responsibilities, working closely with our team to ensure that all facilities remain in top condition.
Responsibilities:
- Trash & Surface Cleaning: Remove trash, wipe down desks, partition walls, and conference tables daily.
- Floor Maintenance: Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop kitchen, museum, lunch areas, and warehouse floors regularly.
- Restocking Supplies: Refill bathroom, kitchen, and fridge supplies as needed.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Clean and restock bathrooms daily.
- Glass & Whiteboard Cleaning: Wipe down windows, glass walls, and whiteboards regularly.
- Equipment & Inventory Management: Organize consumables, maintain custodial equipment, and perform preventive maintenance (PM) as needed.
General Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in custodial services.
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Seal Beach, CA.

Salary
$20/hr - $30/hr or salary equivalent
ITAR Requirements
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
