MediVera Compounding Pharmacy is hiring Pharmacy Technicians to join our growing team! We are a PCAB-accredited pharmacy based in Michigan, specializing in sterile and general compounding. Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to accurately input prescriptions by identifying its elements and collect required patient information while adhering to all state and federal pharmacy regulations including HIPPA.
  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls to patients, pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare providers, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
  • Successfully resolve issues in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service and taking pride in everything you do.
  • Work collaboratively with management and the pharmacy team, continuously seeking ways to embrace a growth mindset and improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating respect for all and prioritizing patient trust.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to support a culture of continuous growth and improvement.
  • Exhibit positive team spirit by supporting colleagues, promoting a collaborative environment, and contributing to a fun, family-like workplace.
  • Proactively communicate any challenges or concerns to management, and take initiative to work your hardest in all tasks assigned.
