  • Salary ranges from $75,000 - $85,000/year | Credit for experience will be given
How you will make an impact:
As an Executive Director, you will significantly influence the organization by establishing a clear vision and strategic direction that prioritizes our resident's well-being and satisfaction. By fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence amongst our staff, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, your commitment to community engagement and relationship-building will enhance the facility's reputation, attracting resources and support that further elevate the resident experience.

Schedule:
  • Weekdays
  • On-call 24/7 for Emergencies; available via phone
  • Rotating MOD weekend
Requirements:
  • South Carolina Assisted Living license (required)
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an Assisted Living Executive Director (required)
Essential Skills:
  • Budgeting, financial mgt, P&L, flex budget to occupancy
  • Marketing and public relations
