Pre-K 4 Lead Teacher in AVENTURA, Florida at ElevatEd

The Pre-K 4 Teacher will guide students in classroom activities that will motivate them to reach their learning potential. The teacher will use various methods to interact with students, other faculty, parents, and staff at Tauber Academy.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement educational activities and lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support student development
• Utilize various teaching methods to engage students and enhance their learning experience
Education Requirements:
• Must have completed the 45- hour child care classes and passed examinations mandated by the county and state licensing agencies reflected on DCF transcripts
• Must hold a DCF Staff Credential reflected on DCF transcripts
• Agrees to complete mandatory background screening through Florida Clearinghouse before entering classroom
• Continuing professional development
