Landlord Liaison (Term) in Albuquerque, New Mexico at New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority

The Landlord Liaison is responsible for assisting landlords to understand the services available to them through the Statewide Landlord Incentive Program and to file appropriate claims when necessary. The core duties of this position include facilitating the filing of claims by gathering the needed documents outlined in the program guidelines, collaborating with internal and external partners, coordinating with housing voucher providers throughout the state, and promoting the program statewide in collaboration with the New Mexico Department of Finance.

This position is a term position for approximately 12-18 months and is fully benefited.
