Unified Self ServiceThe Unified Self Service centralizes tasks and actions for managers and employees across our talent management suite in one place--effectively eliminating the app switcher/product toggle. We've created an end-user guide that introduces your users to the centralized dashboard, the features and tools they will have access to, and how they can accomplish tasks through the Self Service Portal. It's recommended that HR downloads and customize the Unified Self Service Guide to distribute to your end-users. Download the guide here:Unified Self Service Guide
Additionally, there are two video overviews of Unified Self Service - one from an employee's perspective and one from a manager's perspective. It is recommended that HR views these first, and they are available for distribution to end-users as needed.
HR Admins will experience the same centralized dashboard but will have additional features like configuration and customization options and the ability to still access the app switcher. To learn more about the Admin experience, download the guide here:Unified Admin User Guide.
