We are looking for a legendary individual to join our Human Resources Team. The HR Administrator role is crucial to our success. The ideal candidate will be qualified, yet we recognize no one has every qualification. ABOUT YOUR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Day-to-day responsibilities for this role include everything from paperwork to people! You help administer programs with the Human Resource Director (HRD) and ensure the team has what they need to execute on larger projects and events. You work with new hires, ensuring their paperwork is completed, they have what they need to start their job and ensure every important document is scanned and filed away for compliance. You will help the HRD by scheduling interviews, setting up events, generating correspondence, and meetings and doing all of this with a smile. When they speak of heroes at the Alamo, in our department, you are one!

Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance, ensuring accuracy.

Works with PEO to process payroll.

Recruiting Coordination Scheduling

Assist with the planning details for all staff meetings and employee events

Track employee service data for recognition

Compliance Filings

Help with benefits Q&A

Process HR Paperwork

Complete New hire Paperwork

Set up background checks and drug screening

Send out offer letters and Communications on

Onboard new employees within the PEO System

Verify and file I-9

Help with IT setup/Timecard

Assist with benefits renewal and documentation

Scanning documents

Payroll input and reporting

Compiles reports from the HRIS database.

Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.

Answer employee questions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.

2-4 years experience in a business environment

Bi-lingual highly desired

Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills required.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Self-starter who excels at working in a dynamic and changing environment.

Manages high volume and wide range of projects at any given time.

Understanding or willingness to learn about labor laws.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to manage the everyday details of a project while focusing on quality

Ability to multi-task and to work well in a high-profile environment.

Strong team-orientation and professional attitude.
