Job Description

  1. Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
  2. Process and run batch for branches, run routes for warehouse
  3. Shipping of routes, ship transfers for brand batches
  4. Follow up returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  5. Provide timely feedback to internal process
  6. Communicate/collaborate effectively and professionally with co-workers and branches, both internal and external.
  7. Maintain warehouse spreadsheets of inventory and control
  8. Responsible for directing and supervising a group of warehouse employees; assigning tasks as necessary to ensure proper usage of available resources.
  9. Moving materials and customer orders from the warehouse to designated storage or holding areas.
  10. Assist with product shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and check-in of merchandise
  11. Fork lift and pallet jack experience.
  12. Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
